Apoptosis aims to remove cells from the body with minimal damage to surrounding tissues. Autophagy promotes removal of damaged organelles, protein aggregates, and cellular pathogens, stimulating cell survival. The signaling pathways involved in the regulation of apoptosis and autophagy largely overlap, leading to both competition and unidirectional interaction, which is of particular interest in investigating them as potential targets for cancer, <ext-link ext-link-type="uri" xlink:href="http://shorehamlifeboat.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/paul-newman-rolex-replica-for-sale.html">paul newman rolex replica for sale</ext-link>autoimmune, and neurodegenerative disease therapies. В настоящем обзоре проанализированы основные пути молекулярного взаимодействия аутофагии и апоптоза, что необходимо для понимания механизма поддержания баланса между гибелью и выживанием клеток в неблагоприятных условиях.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>apoptosis</kwd><kwd>autophagy</kwd><kwd>telomerase</kwd><kwd>signaling pathways</kwd><kwd>regulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>апоптоз</kwd><kwd>аутофагия</kwd><kwd>теломераза</kwd><kwd>сигнальные пути</kwd><kwd>регуляция</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">грант РНФ</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">RSF grant</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>19-14-00065</award-id></award-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Russian Science Foundation</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Российский научный фонд</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Jiang G., Tan Y., Wang H., Peng L., Chen H., Meng X., Li L. // Mol.
