Some compounds in this series are shown to exhibit high inhibitory activity against human cytomegalovirus and the varicella zoster virus in a HEL cell culture.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>С целью поиска новых противовирусных агентов осуществлен синтез серии производных урацила, содержащих в своем составе 4-оксохиназолиновый фрагмент, связанный с атомом азота N<sup>3</sup> пиримидинового кольца коротким метиленовым мостиком.
