At pH 7.4, the cell zeta potential for different types of cells showed variations over a wide range and was equal to -19.4 ± 0.8 mV for HeLa cells and -31.8 ± 1.1 mV for erythrocytes. The difference could presumably be attributed to the differences in the biochemical composition of the cell plasma membrane. As a result of the heating of HeLa cells, the zeta potential shifted towards more negative voltages by 4.2 mV. An increase in the zeta potential correlated with an increase in the content of phosphatidylserine on the cell surface, which is considered to be an early marker of apoptosis. The DLS technique was also used to study the interactions between the cells and membranotropic polymers, such as polycations and nonionogenic Pluronic L121.</p>
Метод ДРС применили для изучения особенностей взаимодействия с клетками мембранотропных полимеров - поликатионов и неионогенного плуроника.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>dynamic light scattering</kwd><kwd>zeta potential</kwd><kwd>HeLa cells, MCF-7, mononuclear leukocytes, erythrocytes</kwd><kwd>apoptosis</kwd><kwd>phosphatidylserine</kwd><kwd>membranotropic polymers</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>динамическое рассеяние света</kwd><kwd>дзета-потенциал</kwd><kwd>клетки линий HeLa</kwd><kwd>MCF-7</kwd><kwd>эритроциты</kwd><kwd>мононуклеарные клетки</kwd><kwd>апоптоз</kwd><kwd>фосфатидилсерин</kwd><kwd>мембранотропные полимеры</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This work was supported in part by the Program of Development of Innovative Infrastructure in Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 219).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа частично финансировалась в рамках проекта по развитию инновационной инфраструктуры в Казанском (Приволжском) федеральном университете по постановлению Правительства Российской Федерации № 219.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Fernie A.R., Trethewey R.N., Krotzky A.J., Willmitzer L. // Nat.
