The synthesized compounds were shown to be capable of inhibiting the activity of human type II inosine-5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH II) (IC50 = 500 μM) and to have no significant effects on the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Осуществлен синтез 9-(4'-фосфонометокси-2'-циклопентен-1'-ил)гипоксантина и 9-(4'-фосфонометокси-2',3'-дигидроксициклопент-1'-ил)гипоксантина - изостерных карбоциклических аналогов инозин-5'-монофосфата.
