Neolactoferrin enhanced the production of IL-1β. Neolactoferrin saturated with iron ions increased the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokine TNFα. It determined the direction of the differentiation of precursor dendrite cells. Under the action of T cells, Neolactoferrin amplified the expression of the transcription factors responsible for the differentiation of Th- and Treg-cells and stimulated the production of both IFNγ and IL-4. The results suggest that Neolactoferrin exhibits an immunotropic activity and hinders the development of immune inflammatory processes. Iron saturation of Neolactoferrin increases its pro-inflammatory activity.</p>
Обогащение Неолактоферрина ионами железа усиливает его провоспалительную активность.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Recombinant human lactoferrin</kwd><kwd>Neolactoferrin</kwd><kwd>immunity</kwd><kwd>inflammation</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>transcription factors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>воспаление</kwd><kwd>иммунитет</kwd><kwd>Неолактоферрин</kwd><kwd>рекомбинантный лактоферрин человека</kwd><kwd>факторы транскрипции</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This work was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (State contract № 01.916.12.0001).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа поддержана Министерством образования и науки РФ (государственный контракт № 01.916.12.0001)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>[1] Farnaud S., Evans R.W. // Mol.
