Their antiviral activity has been evaluated. It has been found that the novel compounds possess high inhibitory activity against replication of human cytomegalovirus (AD-169 and Davis strains) in HEL cell cultures. In addition, some of the derivatives proved to be inhibitory against varicella zoster virus.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Осуществлен синтез серии производных урацила, содержащих в положении 3 пиримидинового цикла N-(4-феноксифенил)ацетамидный фрагмент, и изучена их противовирусная активность. Показано, что соединения этого ряда проявляют мощную ингибиторную активность в отношении цитомегаловируса человека (штаммы AD-169 и Davis) в культуре клеток HEL.
