Blockade of PKC with chelerythrine neither changed the evoked release of ACh by itself nor prevented the inhibitory effect of choline. The CaMKII blocker KN-62 did not affect synaptic activity but fully prevented the choline-induced downregulation of ACh release.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследовали участие кальций-зависимых ферментов – протеинкиназы С (PKC) и кальций/кальмодулин-зависимой протеинкиназы типа II (CaMKII) – в каскаде реакций, запускаемых воздействием на пресинаптические никотиновые холинорецепторы альфа7-типа экзогенного холина, вызывающего подавление вызванного выброса ацетилхолина (АХ) в моторных синапсах мыши. В присутствии блокатора PKC хелеритрина вызванная секреция АХ не изменялась, и сохранялась способность холина тормозить вызванный выброс АХ. Блокатор CaMKII KN-62 не влиял на активность синапсов, но полностью предотвращал торможение секреции АХ, вызванное холином.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>calcium-calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II</kwd><kwd>neuromuscular synapse</kwd><kwd>alpha7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptors</kwd><kwd>choline</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кальций/кальмодулин-зависимая протеинкиназа типа II</kwd><kwd>нервно-мышечный синапс</kwd><kwd>никотиновые холинорецепторы альфа7-типа</kwd><kwd>холин</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This work was supported by the RFBR (grant No. 13-04-00413a).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа поддержана РФФИ (грант № 13-04-00413a).</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>[1] Albuquerque E.X., Pereira E.F., Alkondon M., Rogers S.W. // Physiol.
